WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VISIT
Wave Train Wellness is a completely virtual practice with all sessions being offered through private video links. This offers the flexibility to attend your sessions at a time and location that works best for you. Counseling allows you the time to focus on you, and that should be in a space that you choose. The frequency of sessions will be determined during your consultation and can be revisited as your needs change.

Sometimes we are so busy with the care taking of others that we forget to take care of ourselves. Sometimes our past effects us in ways that make it difficult to move on alone. Sometimes a bad day turns into a bad week and then into a bad month and we need more than an indulgence to feel better. Counseling can be the thing that turns it around, that helps you move forward, and gives you the time to make yourself and your mental health a priority again.

Consultation
Consultations are 15-20 minutes by phone at no cost to discuss what brought you here and what are your goals.
Individual Counseling
Individual sessions are held via video and typically last an hour. Frequency is determined during the consultation, but can vary over time based on your needs.
Couple's Counseling
Couple sessions are held via video and typically last an hour. Clients can be in the same room physically or virtually. Frequency is determined during the consultation, but can vary over time.
Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is for clinicians with an MSW who are registered clinical interns in the state of Florida.
